SALMON
Salmons are the fresh water fishes found in almost all parts of the world. They contain the powerful antioxidant, " carotenoid astaxanthin" and are packed with omega 3 fatty acids which helps to keep your heart healthy in multiple ways. They help dissolve the blood clots naturally, reduce high blood pressure and also control the levels of triglycerides and cholesterol. Include salmons at least twice a week for best results.
OATS
Oats can form a whole hearty breakfast for you. FLAX SEEDS
Flax seed is an oilseed loaded with both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids along with soluble fiber. It can help long way in cutting down the blood fats, decrease the chances of formation of blood clots & heart attacks. They may be used in powdered form and sprinkled over your breakfast cereal, cut fruits or salads. They are almost bland and may not change the taste of your food but still manage the functioning of your heart efficiently.
